Most technology sales roles box you in: one carrier, one product set, one pitch. This one does not. You will assess a customer’s entire technology environment, identify the operational and financial friction inside it, and bring in OPTRIC specialists to shape the solution. When a customer raises a problem, you will have a way to solve it rather than a reason you cannot.
You will own the full sales cycle—prospecting, discovery, close, implementation coordination, and account expansion—working across carriers, technology providers, OPTRIC specialists, and our operations teams.
What You Will Sell
OPTRIC runs a Total Technology Optimization platform built on four pillars, with hundreds of vendors behind it.
Carrier Services
Multiple carriers, not one. Fiber, broadband, SASE, Network-as-a-Service, colocation, disaster recovery, voice, and connectivity. You bring the best fit, not the only option you carry.
Enterprise Expense Management
Powered by Tellennium, covering telecom and utility spend. A door-opener that pays for itself.
Managed Mobility
Device management, staging and kitting, wireless optimization, and the full mobile environment.
Managed Services
Cloud infrastructure, managed IT, cybersecurity, and everything in between.
The Support Behind You
Autonomy without support is just being left alone. That is not this role. Support sits in front of the deal, on the deal, and after it.
Pipeline support
BDRs prospect into target accounts and book qualified meetings into your calendar, so your pipeline is not entirely dependent on your own dialing.
Technical seller support
Technical sellers support network design, cybersecurity, and connectivity architecture. Specialists across expense management, strategic sourcing, mobility, and managed services back the other pillars.
Back-office support
Quoting, order entry, provisioning coordination, and contract paperwork are handled by people whose job that is. You keep ownership of the customer outcome without carrying every piece alone.
The Tools
Salesforce is the system of record—accounts, opportunities, pipeline, and forecast in one place. Carrier portals provide direct visibility into serviceability, pricing, and order status across providers. Robust platform training keeps you current across all four pillars and the vendors behind them.
